Refund Request Before Commencement of Course
1. Timeline for Raising Refund Request:
- Refund requests shall be raised within 3 days from the date of making the payment for the Gem Seller E-Learning course.
- The refund request can only be raised for the course fee paid by the candidate.
- No module should have been started by the candidate.
2. Submission of Details:
- Requests should be emailed, or grievance/request should be raised by the candidate by filing the form at link click here.
3. Processing Time:
- Upon receipt of the refund request and subject to the satisfaction of the eligibility conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- The refund will be issued via cheque.
- If the refund request is made after the specified period or if the candidate is ineligible for a refund, the same will be communicated.
Important Note:
- Refund requests made after 3 days from the date of payment are not eligible for a refund.
